The greatest driver ever, Ayrton Senna won his first Formula One world-championship in this McLaren MP4/4 F1 car in 1988. This incredible car was one of the most successful and dominant Formula One car designs of all time. In that season, featuring 16 races, the MP4/4 won all but one and claimed all but one pole position.
The MP4/4 was voted the greatest Formula One car of all time by a panel of Formula One engineers and designers. It was also voted greatest race car of the 20th century by Autosport readers.
